Mustard Oil. No artificial preservatives or synthetic flav are added. Does not
contain synthetic vinegar.
A traditional Bihari pickle called made using only Kalkatiya (native variety,
locally grown mangoes from Bihar) and machine-ground turmeric. Whole
Mustard seeds, Nigella sative (Mangrel)and Khada Hing (Asofoetida) are an
important part of the recipe. This pickle is handmade in small batches using
unrefined Mustard Oil in traditional Matkas (earthen pots) using lacto
fermentation techniques and does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar.
No Additives, Binders, Fillers and Preservatives.
Best before 12 months from manufacture.
Store in a cool, dry place.
