Our Story
For generations, pickles have been more than just a condiment in Mithila—they’re a symbol of love, patience, and seasonal abundance. Inspired by our grandmothers’ matkas (earthen pots) brimming with sun-ripened mangoes, fiery chilies, and hand-pounded spices, we set out to bridge the gap between tradition and modern tables.
Today, we partner with local farmers and women artisans across Bihar, sourcing native ingredients like Kalkatiya mangoes, farm-fresh amla, and heirloom spices. Every jar is a tribute to their craftsmanship and the land’s bounty.
